CAIRO: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi received Jordanian King Abdullah II at his residence in Moscow Wednesday to discuss regional issues and counter-terrorism efforts, Youm7 reported.
On Tuesday, King Abdullah met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, who met with Sisi after the latter ended his discussions with King Abdullah.
Also on Tuesday, Sisi met with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who visited Russia to participate in the MAKS-2015 military exhibition, discussing the bilateral and regional issues.
In February, Sisi and Putin announced in Cairo at a joint news conference that Moscow would assist Cairo to construct Egypt’s first nuclear power plant, which will be located in the Mediterranean city of Dabaa. Both countries also reached a deal to establish a free trade zone in Egypt.
