CAIRO: Atotal of 15 trains will be added to the operating trains during the Adha Feast, announced the Egyptian of Railways Authority Saturday.
The additional trains will begin operation on Sept. 17 and run until the 28th; five air-conditioned trains will run with 10 trips daily, while another 10 second-class trains will run for 20 trips daily, the statement added.
Eight of second-class trains will arrive to High Dam Railway Station in Aswan, the statement continued.
Adha Feast (Feast of Sacrifice) is four-day feast when Muslims worldwide celebrate the Prophet Ibrahim’s obedience to God through his willingness to sacrifice his son Ismail. The feast is due to be held on Sept. 23.
