CAIRO: Egypt’s Ministry of Sports will establish a stadium in Giza’s 6th of October city on 70-acre piece of land with a cost of one billion EGP (around $8 billion), Youm7 reported the Minister Aide Ashraf Sobhy Tuesday.
In a press conference, Sobhy added that three private companies have been bided for the project construction and their offers are being mulled.
Plus, he announced a project of building an industrial city for sportive products in all sports fields, for artificial green-grass.
No further details have been given of the projects yet.
